Just got this in and never used. Ashi Ginga with micarta western “coke bottle” handle. This is the same handle they use on the Ashi Honyaki. This is also the HRC 61 special version. Handle is very nice with no gaps or seams. 249mm x 49mm at 217 grams. Additional pictures can be found in the link below. Just looking to get back what I spent after taxes and shipping. $450 Shipped. I was looking at this on eBay for a while. Is there something particularly that you didn’t like about it?

Also, are the spine and choil rounded pretty comfortably on this version?

This gyuto is awesome and I struggled really hard to let it go. Just have a few too many knives in the collection at this time.

Spine and choil are rounded really nicely on this particular example. Cheers!
