For sale is a used 240mm Ashi Gyuto in Shirogami #2. Heel to tip: 243 mm, Height: 49 mm. It has a few minor scratches from cleaning and has a patina as shown in the pics. Sold with original box and packaging. This is the standard carbon monosteel version (not JKI gesshin series).

FWIW I was looking at this blade today on ebay, this price is about $90 cheaper once you add tax and shipping on ebay (in the US). So a good price.
