For sale is a 210 mm Ikenami Hamono chuka/cleaver. Iron clad aogami #2 steel. Sandalwood/buffalo horn handle.
210 mm edge length
85 mm tip and heel with ~2 mm extra height around the belly.

Hasn't had a lot of use but I had started to thin and flatten the bevels. I didn't carry through with it and have given it a very basic sanded finish. Deeper scratches and some flat spots still remain (see pics). I feel like it could handle more than just veg and boneless protein based on the weight. Given the finish selling cheap.
