I'm trying to thin down the number of knives and can't justify having so many around. Especially hard to sell these but have a custom Watanabe ordered so the nakiri void will soon be filled. The lengths are measured from heel to the slight angled point at the tip.

Sharpened edge only twice. Still very thin behind the edge. Some patina on the core steel. Good condition.

Stainless clad with AS core. Polished (non kuro) hammered finish and hairy oak handle.
Used and sharpened a few times. Have thinned as I sharpened so there are still some uneven areas showing original scratch marks due to remaining concave. Will come out as the knife is thinned and sharpened further. Also an overgrind visible in the photo of the right side. Nice performer. Tall and a bit of extra chonk for the size.
