Hi,

In a financial bind, so I will be posting a few knives for sale over coming days. First up is my BBQ Maz. Bought here:

https://www.kitchenknifeforums.com/threads/gyuto-gyuto-honesuki.52394/#post-796612
Used twice. Lightly touched up on a 6k once. Swapped the coco handle for the original D shaped ho wood. Looking for $360 shipped CONUS. Not looking to move internationally at this moment.

Full disclosure:

1) There are two or three stray scratches from thinning work a previous owner did. Some light polishing should work it out easily.

2) the heel height is 54, not 56 as stated in the original posting.

Thanks,

Nick

Man, just when I’d given up hope of seeing non dorito profile mazakis for a few months, multiple fall out of a tree in a week. Now to wait for a bullnose to hit me in the head…

Mazakis work is great, his work that isn’t flat as a pancake is probably even better. This’ll be gone soon and rightfully so!
