Hi all,
while I love my BB short guyto (or "tall petty" for KKF'ers) to death, I've never been happy with the 244 mm one, it's just too big for me. Instead of it gathering dust, why not trade it for one I would actually use?

I would be interested in 190-210 mm gyuto's from well-known western makers - or possibly a nakiri.

I'm offering:
Birgersson #171 244x59mm Gyuto, 202 g, masur birch handle, bought in February for 5000 SEK + 350 shipping (3660 DKK/490 EUR)
There is no box for it, I got it directly from BB packed in bubble wrap in a poster tube.
I cleaned off the patina and gave it a touch up before taking pictures, but it has been used less than a handful of times since I got it.
Sorry for the crap photos. I tried choil and spine shots, but they were focused on background and completely unusable. Can try again on request. Oh, and I forgot the post-it with the date, will do that now.

It’s in a waiting position now 😂
And am kind of in the mix, if it really was the right decision 😳
