After going thru the wait list I never thought I would get rid of these, but I reached on the size of the larger and just don't need it as a home cook. I received these in Sept of 2019 I would prefer to sell as a pair, but if I sell a single it would be the larger one. Probably sharpened the larger one once and probably a couple on the smaller. The large one has not seen a lot of use, just a home cook with many sharp pointy things.
The pair, both octognal integral bolsters, chestnut burl handles:
