two more that need to be sold soon. I planned to use the 300mm tetsujin to cut some prime rib at christmas, but I didn't host this past christmas so it's been unused in my collection. The Yoake is simply one of the best bangs for your buck and it's hard to let go since I see it as such a great value knife.

tetsujin measure 300mm x 59mm. this tetsujin in particular has a pretty ridiculous grind (check out the choil shot).

yoake measures 249mm x a little over 52mm. yoake is missing the stamped kanji which make it even better value.
