The knife has been lightly used a few times, however it's never been sharpened or stropped. Main reason for selling is cause I haven't touched it in a while and would like to find a new owner for it. Purchased it fo $610 (excluding shipping). Asking for $550 Shipped.

The knife has been used quite a bit, however due to it's really nice edge retention, I've only sharpened it once. Paid $240 for it. Asking $180 Shipped

Unfortunately shipping to germany is really expensive, otherwise I would bite.
Kinda ridiculous this is still here when in other parts of the forum people discuss which (new and not as good but much more expensive) gyuto to buy.
