would like to sell my almost brand new Catchside Gyuto 245x58 (242g). First Owner, bought two months ago, never sharpened, I think stropped on leather once. Just did a few test cuts, hasn't got any patina or that like yet. It's his rather thin forged hollow geometry.
Main reason I'm selling it is that i'm not happy with Wills Customer Service and the interaction with him on IG. So now every time I see the knife, I'm kind of annoyed and angry.
I paid about 850EUR with shipping and Taxes. Would like to get 800EUR (that includes first 15 EUR shipping and Paypal fees). Would prefer selling within EU.
