I'm selling this workhorse from Christian Dam.

The knife is used, but not extensively. I only sharpened it once or two times. I can clean the patina if you wish.

Nice.
I have one of Christian's knives that is very much like this. I love it.. beats a lot of way more expensive blades without breaking a sweat.
