Cu mai takefu knife for sale.
This knife is made of steel from takefu japan that has stainless outer layers, copper core and a V-Toku2 core.
Blade is textured to give movement to the layers aswell.
Spine thickness of 3.2mm along the blade with a blade length of 170mm.
Handle is made of a carbon sidecut bolster, copper liner and stabilized canaito wood.
Blade has a subtile s-grind and came out a bit thicker behind the edge.
This one can go for 325€ ex shipping
