SOLD Dan Prendergast 225mm Gyuto

The next one up. As normal, this has seen (very light) home use, lightly sharpened once. Very comfortable knife to use, then handle just works well, but not a knife I reach for. I purchased it straight from Dan.
I believe it is W2 and is clad in wrought iron so takes a great patina.
225x56 and 220g.
