Hey all,

I bought this when I went back to the line, but I’m burnt tf out and got another prep gig. It’s a robust knife with a righty biased workhorse grind that I put through a good thinning before use. Basically bulletproof and enjoyable for cutting most products.

The steel is AEB-L at 62. Pleasurable to sharpen and will take whatever edge you prefer. I didn’t have to prep much, so I usually finished on a soft ohira tomae for herbs and such. Holds a toothier edge for a long time.

It came with a padded knife case that I’ll include plus a shihan edge guard.
