I am selling one of my precious pieces.

Devin Thomas ITK Gyuto 270 in AEB-L.
The knife has been used only once (literally once) and is in perfect condition.
I am selling because I prefer smaller knives.

US$825 + Shipping.
The knife is located in the New York area

Thanks for the heads-up guys, pictures should work now. Apologies

I've been eye humping this. "Had" s 240 for a bit.
What's the actual edge length and heel height on this one?

Just borrowed a 270mm Devin itk from a forum member. I went into it very skeptical but I found myself enjoying the balance and the way it cut a lot.
Glws

I feel a DT 270 performs a bot more nimble than your average 270, It's the only of 2 270 I have and it's used frequently in a small kitchen - my point is don't be afraid of the length on this one. DT Mystery is probably one of his top 2 steels

Sorry for the delay: 255g, 53.55mm tall at the heel, 10 5/8” on the edge

I have one of the original AEB-L series, and still use it in my rotation.
I would give it an 8.5 or 9 in just about every real-life situation.
Devin tweaked it a bit after initial feedback, so that should move it solidly into the 9.5 + category.
And, yeah...that's a very good price for a very competitive knife.
