This is one of my favorite knives from Hoss. He made it specially for me to my specs. I am the first and only owner.

258mm x 55mm, 274.5g

The specs are quite rare. If you like the 255mm ish length with a bit more weight like me, this knife is for you. I have not seen another one of these with these specs.

It is Hoss's typical grind - classic mid-weight with full distal taper and full convex. Among all my gyutos from Hoss, this one is especially thin BTE. Combined with the weight, it performs brilliantly in the ease of cutting department.

It also comes with a very very nice ironwood handle. This is really the complete package and should make someone very happy.

I'm only selling it because I have 12 DTs and 3 of them are AU core. I want to keep the duplication to a minimum so that I can free up some room to get other different knives from Hoss.

I can't call it BNIB, but the knife is as good as new.

I won’t be offering more general discount on this knife, but reach out if you want to purchase this knife and have transacted with me before. I’ll try to work something out with you. I plan to withdraw this knife by Friday night if not sold as I’m happy to just keep it.
