He’s going to be at blade show west, maybe you can find someone to buy you one in person at his booth. Or if you are close to salt lake go to blade west next week.
He will definitely be at Blade Show West next week and his table will be directly across from mine. He has 3 Apex ultra SS clad chef knives for the show. I would hit him up on IG before the show and ask him if its possible to buy one of the knives for the show or if you can give him your info in case he doesn't sell out. Worst he can say is no.
