Just did a Video of my current collection and decided to let the "least used" go to make room and Budget for new stuff!


Starting off with:
- Brian Raquin - Gyuto 206x53mm - San Mai/Mildsteel Clad - 125SC Core (I think, not 100% sure)
Well used, once repolished - included Saya from a German i bought it from, small little flatspot in front ~4cm
Bought for 400€ - let go for 300€

- MUTEKI - Gyuto 218x53mm - Fulltang - Western - Stainless Clad....dont know the Core..sorry..holds edge good :'D - Ziricote wood, brass pins
Used rarely but not abused, never sharpened by me, could need a slight sharpen (can do pre shipping)
Bought for 380€ - Let go for 350€

- Knot.handmade - Cleaver 186x89mm - Mono 52100 - Burnt Oil finish - Zirikote Wood with copper bolster
Used twice for testing - like new
Bought for 330€ - Let go for 300€

- Louis Emert - Petty 125x39mm - San Mai Mildsteel Clad - Unknown Core
Used but not abused - repolished once - Included Saya made by me.
Dont remember what i payed, something arround 200 + made Saya - Let go for 150€
