For sale is an Evan Bunka, which I bought a year or two ago here and have not used. Knife was used when I bought it. The knife has a very keen edge, and shows no signs of thinning.

San Mai, with Aogami super core and wrought cladding. As usual, my iPhone photos don't do this knife justice, and would be happy to take more photos. The handle is a beautifully polished ringed gidgee.
