This was actually a custom gift for my partner who wanted a stainless steel knife with a synthetic handle for ease of care. Unfortunately, they want something a bit smaller/lighter.

I’ve used it myself about 5x, it is a great performer, extremely sharp but the handle is not my style. The fit is great, just don’t love the look.

Specifications:
Blade Length- 230mm
Blade Height- 56mm at heel
Weight- 276g
Blade material- Sandvik 14c28n

Purchased for $440, asking for $225 400, shipped with insurance.

It is a bit of an illusion as it’s definitely a convex grind. Attached are two pictures that show it a bit better. As far as the food release goes, it is really good, in my opinion. From my experience, Francisco has the geometry dialed in really well.

Dropping to $275, at this point, I'm taking a big loss but would rather someone here put this beautiful knife to use. You won't regret it.

I would get this but I am getting a custom from him. His grinds and heat treat are all very well done. He concentrates on performance with his knives. This is a great deal on an already great knife. It's worth every bit of MSRP. I gave my first to my daughter and regret it, so I am having another made. It was her favorite. I performs right up there with my best knives I own and continues to no matter what I get.
