Selling this beauty of a fredrik spare gyuto. Letting it go to fund a different one.

I bought it of kkf a few months ago, and only used for a few home meals.
I knock of 50 for i bought it for.

Forced patina (ferric acid)
Handle is supposed to be birch. Fredrik wasn't 100% sure about that. Stabalised.
