For sale is a used Fujiwara FKS 270mm gyuto, in great condition. Light scratches and watermarks from use. Acquired this within a trade a few months ago. Sharpened once by original owner and once by me. A nice softer steel knife that can handle most anything in the kitchen, just a little too long for me.
