New to Japanese knives and very like those knife styles!

Basically I started with friend who wanna a knife as his gift then I searched online and accidently entered the knife world!

I got several knives in handy now how to create a post asking what specification of those knives?

Quick questions that I did not found any info online:
what does: 登绿 means on the knives? I found something called "Molybdenum stainless steels" and some other called "blue", which one is correct?

What does: 别上 mean?

I'm assuming that you saw these characters as inscriptions on a knife? 别上 would mean "Especial High [Quality]".
