I'd like to introduce myself. My Name is Normen and I am a Knife enthusiast , descent cook, dad & Husband. I startet cooking in my early youth at the age of 14. I'm now 39 years and dove deep into the world of chefknives about 5 years ago. I was always looking for lowcost opportunities to get my Hands on some descent ones.
