Hey greetings all,
Middle aged Midwest guy here. I love the Chiefs, coffee, fast cars, cool knives, cooking, fishing, travel, spending time with loved ones. Current knife favorites would be ny hawk deadlock or something from scorpion 6. Work horse chef knife is from new west knife works and most recent couple of purchases would be a hado 210 gyuto and takada no hamono 240 gyuto. Really appreciating the Japanese stuff right now and like many people hoping to score a Jiro. Hope to see yall around the board
