Letting two knives from my collection go.
240*55 Gyuto by Dominik, 1.2562 core steel with wrought and nickel lazy twisted damascus. Originally was stone finished I think (bevels are a bit convex) and I didn’t like the patina which hidden all the beautiful details, so cleaned it with finger stones and gave it a gentle etch to emphasize more detail in the iron.

Like BNIB – I cleaned the finish on the bevels and sharpened it as it arrived unsharpened.
