WTB - EU Gyuto from Martin Huber or Merion Forge in 220-245mm or Jiro Gyuto Wa handle

As I found at least a Watanabe Pro Nakiri in 165mm I can change the Search for another Gyuto that is at least 220mm and Not over 245mm.

I think i would be interested Most in Martin Huber or Merion Forge Gyuto.

Then and only maybe a
Jiro Tsuchime Gyuto with Wa handle. In size 225 or 240mm.

Next in Line could be also a Raquin or Kamon gyuto in 240mm as well as a Bidinger Gyuto.

All only EU located Not overseas.

After finding a Watanabe Pro nakiri.. Not in the First wanted 180mm but 165mm I can See what News Gyutos might come into the House. New prefered ones might be a Martin Huber or Merion Forge.

That could be a way too. Right. At the moment there ist at least one that would Match for me but I have the Homepage in my mind. Not Sure if I would need a custom Work right now.
