Withdrawn Hado Ginsan Urushi Kijiro / Suminagashi Damascus Gyuto or Kiritsuke

Hello,

I am looking for a Hado Gyuto or Kiritsuke in 210-240mm in size.

Handle should be only Urushi. Only if everything else matches the Junpaku handle might be ok too.
I am not sure yet if
Ginsan Kijiro
or
Suminagashi (Damascus) version.

Usually I do not like too much damascus blades. But in this case it is really different.

Should be within the EU, not overseas.

I once had a junpaku 210 gyuto! Regular simple handle though!
Loved it, awesome cutter! Much less reactive than i thought!
But i would advice for the 240 version!
The 210 is Sakai measure, so actually rather 20 cm blade. I did let it go because it felt too small, heel height was also too little for me.

I read about rather 20 Blade instead of 21.
Might be harder to find in 240 specially when urushi handle wanted.

I thought only the junpaku series has those urushi handles but apparently not:
K-tip ginsan Hado with urushi handles

I have the HADO ginsan santoku with the cherry lacquer handle--great knife so far.
