254mm Hatsukokoro yoake migaki kiritsuke.

I love this knife has been my daily driver on and off. Just got a custom So its not getting the use it deserves. Originally bought from home butcher 2nd owner, 1st used 1 time $300($280+shipping)($265+shipping)(250+shipping)

218mm Takeda sujihiki (SOLD)

2nd owner originally bought from nola. Still has price tag, box and all papers. Same reason for selling just dosent get the use it deserves. I personally havent sharpened it. Bit it has been sharpened by someone with takeda zero grind experince.
