240mm Heiji Carbon Gyuto w/ Blackwood handle + Aluminum spacers

247mm edge / 49.5mm at heel / 281g

Workhorse, heavy duty knife that gets insanely sharp and holds an edge.

Recently added a Magnolia Saya+Pin AND Just got sharpened/wide bevel re-finished by JKI

Handle is on the larger side and very dense, the weight is is balanced towards the handle and would suit someone with large hands very well.

Only selling because of incoming gyuto purchase (one in one out)
