SOLD Heiji 280mm Gyuto

This one has barely seen any use by me. Was sharpened twice and used sparingly by previous owner. I used this once and sharpened once. There's a small nick in the edge which will come out in 1 sharpening. I just dont have the board room for this right now and I am waiting on a package from Heiji which I hope will come sometime this year.

Iwasaki special steel. I believe it’s the same that Shigefusa uses. Didnt play with it too much so I can’t comment.
