Hello all and greetings from the UK! I'm a passionate home cook and have a single knife in my collection currently. It's a shigeki Tanaka Aogami 2 Bunka (kurouchi orignally, but not much left) that I bought from Kataba in London when I was 15. Ive decided after 10 years it's finally time for another! going to be looking out for a 240mm gyuto.
