I'm still fairly new to all this, my collection is small and humble, but I'm excited to learn and acquire more. Gonna be adding some more pointy bois very soon. Maybe I'll get a cleaver, they look fun.

So my current kit is a couple of pointy Tojiro DPs, a bread slicer, and a Shiro Kamo nakiri, plus a Shapton Pro and a couple of Chosera stones, and an Asahi board. Guess I'm more interested in laser-leaning knives right now. Yea, that's where I'm at in my journey. Is that enough words? I hope that's enough words.
This forum is very cool btw, seems like a very lively community, well run. The BST section is huge. Very impressive.
