I have had a thing about edged kitchen tools for many years, I enjoy their history as much as I enjoy their use. People look at me strangely when I serve Spam at a picnic on a cutting board with a Marine KaBar knife but the 2 are forever entwined in WW2 history in the Pacific Theater.
