I've lurked here for several years, so I guess I should finally introduce myself... I'm an old guy who only became interested in kitchen knives in the last 7 or 8 years. I became interested in Japanese knives about three years ago and now I have about 25 knives and 18 stones. My knife preferences run toward knives from Sanjo.
