I am a long time knife lover. I've pretty much always had a knife that I've used daily and I've worked as a chef before, but I haven't really delved seriously into the topic until recently.
Now I've caught the bug, got a stone, am reading about proper maintenance, and will be taking it onwards from there.
So looking forward to learning from you guys and eventually becoming a contributing member.
