I've been around and following the forum for a while now and finally got around to make an account.
I work as a chef, recently been in Amsterdam and Frankfurt to work.
Started pretty good with a Haiku as a first knife an by now I'm here to check every news about what's up for sale and what ppls opinion is on certain knifes.
So I'm ready to interact and buy whatever you don't need
