Actually yes. I am a just a reader for a while now and then there comes a time where you want to become interactive.
And no, I am not gifted with handling knives as you can see in my profile picture. When i was looking for one i stumbled upon this... it is reminder that too much alcohol and sharp tools are somehow do not get along very well... (edit: it´s maybe not that obvious but the green on the right is my finger with some stitches which i painted as a little zombie afterwards)

I am not sure if I understood you right. The knife they gifted you was not easy to hand and because you had drunk alcohol, you got cut.
