Hello. I am a line cook at one of the Michelin restaurants in NYC, and I love knives more than cooking lol
I am currently trying to collect Jiro. Hopely, Kippington and Kato in the future.

All the cool NJ KKFers will be down in Northern Virginia on Sunday, July 24, for the annual 'East Coast Gathering'. It's a great chance to see/ touch about 300 or so knives in just a couple hours. Plus there is food and drinks.

We've had a few chefs/ cooks make the trek down from NYC for past events.
