Found my Victorinox Chefs knife was't sharp enough so I decided I needed a new knife. Did some research to see if I needed a Henckel or a wusthof, and now I have a Mac Pro, a Takayuki Grand Cheff, A Yusuke extra thin 210 a bunch of stones, an edgepro apex and I don't even cook professionally lol...
