Reminded me of one conference. There was an Indian man making a presentation and he kept saying, "In India, and not in Nepal, we have..." this and that. And kept on and on clarifying every time that he's talking about what they had in India, and not in Nepal. There was simultaneous interpretation arranged, and the translator even made a remark saying that this has to do with the relationship between India and Nepal, and it is very important for the Indians not to be confused with the Nepalese.
And then, almost at the end of his presentation, he had these words written on the screen, spelled as "India and Northern Nepal"
