I got my first knife at 8, a Tatsuo Ikeda Takohiki and I became a fan of traditionnal knives.
Today I have some good one from Sakai, Sanjo and Tosa. I love to use Opinel pocket knife and I sharp with Belgium natural stone "coticule bleue"
