My name is Andrew. I’m currently a sous chef in a French fine dining restaurant. I have a small Japanese knife collection (quality over quantity) as well as some daily workhorse knives. I found the forums on the hunt for new knives as well as trying expand on my sharpening techniques. It’s a pleasure to join the knife community and looking forward to engaging with all of you!
