My name is Zach, i been working in kitchens for most of my adult life. My knife addiction started when my first head chef gifted me a J.A Henckel. After that I bought some Wusthof knives. Hmm, there have been a couple people on KKF from Roanoke and Blacksburg over the years, but not many.

I don't think I've been since '87, when my roommates and I did a fancy dinner at the Hotel Roanoke for our birthdays.
