Hello everyone,
Been an occasional lurker here for the past few years and thought I'd make an account and start embracing my growing interest in knives.
I'm a "serious" home cook who has always been a bit of a gear head with all of my hobbies. In the kitchen it started when I saved up for my first knife (Global 10" chef's knife) when I was a junior in college. Second knife was a Gesshin Uraku 210mm White #2 which I still and will always love.
Looking forward to being a participant in the community and soaking up even more of the knowledge held within it.
