Welcome. Which knives have fueled your addiction so far?

Well I have all the shapes and sizes of the German steel and have always been aware of the fancy ones across the Pacific, but never let myself be tempted until my yearly Christmas present, which is always a random kitchen knife, revealed itself from Shun. A couple of chips later and here I am. I have read for hours since.

I already have three stones and love using them. Problem is I have ran out of knives to sharpen. So obviously my kids inheritance is possibly(most likely)(yep) in jeopardy. I have at least made a decision to get a gyuto for my first.

I love new hobbies and circling back around to old ones. For now I am here to learn. Look forward to discussions with you all.
