I'm some solo traveling knife collector interested in the cultures and people behind more obscure traditional styles. I've so far been able to visit MX, FR, CN, TR, TH, IT, ID, US, and IN coming up, with knives obtained from each to match. I'm currently working with a local maker to make replicas of each to use and preserve the originals
I happen to work in food manufacturing and part-time in food service, while also studying for a master's in food science, and collecting whisky
