I'm a Vietnamese home-cook living in Finland.
I recently dipped my toes into the Japanese knives world. It all started from searching for the best sharpening tool. Now I check this forum every day I learnt a ton from everyone here but hopefully I can get out soon enough. This addiction is too much!
