Help Identifying Manufacturer of a Japanese Knife I Recently Bought

Hi All,

I'm hoping someone can help me identify the brand/ manufacturer of a knife I bought earlier this month while in Japan. I must admit it was an impulse buy, and since the label is in Japanese and I promptly forgot the brand name the knife vendor told me, I'm at a loss.

Since coming home and using it I absolutely adore it and would really like to know who makes it for future reference. Hopefully the pictures below help.

I did buy the knife at a delightful store in Kappabashi, from the very man in the Tsubaya article you linked to, however since I cannot speak or read Japanese I did not know what the store was called. This is very helpful.
