For Sale:

Henry Hyde 240 western gyuto. Bought from Bico. Lightly used. Balance is great and it just glides through food. I'll be asking Mr. Hyde for a slightly thicker version of this. 231 x 55.5 x 3.8. Asking 650 + shipping.
